I am often asked to show my creative process. The creative process is not always linear. I generally begin with a number of small, rough, sketches. I may paint some small color studies. Once I have a solid idea I begin painting the final piece. opensea.io/assets/0x495f9…

Here is a great example of how non linear creativity can be. I started with a good action pose but the background wasn’t working so I repainted it. The result was a big improvement for this piece.
