Josiah Bartlet Josiah Bartlet, as long as you follow safe food handling techniques, stuffing should be fine. Please use a thermometer to make sure you cook to the correct Done Temperature. The stuffing should register a temperature of 165F. Turkey breast should register 165-170F; thigh 180-185F.
