As I can't find this anywhere else, I'm turning to X Amiodarone in shockable arrest: Adults-3rd shock full dose,5th 1/2dose Paeds- full weight based amio dose at 3rd & 5th. Why don't paeds get their 2nd dose at half dosage like adults? Hope I'm not missing something obvious
