Starship landing next to a data-gathering SpaceX buoy? If it wasn’t clear before today, SpaceX truly operates on another level. Congrats to the entire team—you have given us yet another incredible glimpse into the future!

I’m equal parts blown away by what SpaceX accomplished this morning but also with THIS LIVE 4K PRODUCTION the Everyday Astronaut / Cosmic Perspective team produced! These shots live… unbelievable 🤯 just wait till we get our slow mo compilation up 👀 #starship #flight5 #IFT5

Just inspected the Starship booster, which the arms have now placed back in its launch mount. Looks great! A few outer engine nozzles are warped from heating & some other minor issues, but these are easily addressed. Starship is designed to achieve reflight of its rocket

The footage I got from this launch is unreal. This is 350 of 3500 photos hand stabilized showing the hot staging sequence. There's so much happening in this video every time I watch it I notice something different. Bravo @spacex team! Tons more content coming, including prints!

Got the upload to work right! If you saw the video when I initially posted make sure you watch this one as it's longer! I didn't spend hours hand aligning hundreds of photos for you to only watch half of it 😜

Update: our spacecraft remains in a nominal state – power positive, thermally stable, dynamically stable, and in two-way communication with ground teams. Over the next few weeks, we'll be in a commissioning phase to confirm that all hardware and software is operating as expected.

Elon Musk tonight on overregulation: "I got a bunch of nutty stories. SpaceX had to do this study to see if Starship would hit a shark. And I'm like... it's a big ocean. There are a lot of sharks! It’s not impossible, but it’s very unlikely. So we said, 'Fine, we’ll do the
