Delighted to share our study on CSF MOG-IgG! Testing in CSF was useful when: ➡️ A suspicious phenotype but negative serum MOG-IgG ➡️ Low positive serum MOG-IgG with diagnostic uncertainty as dual positivity in serum & CSF more likely to be #MOGAD👇onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/an…
