Trust deficit. If the government had a couple of high level authorised figures who were willing to work with Wipro, asking what it wanted on the ground, for its security, how much money it sought, etc. things could have been better. This is the difference between China's

If I was in Gadkari's place i would've been working with the IT department to make Fastag the standard for all parking and all congestion charges in all cities. Congestion charges have to come to Indian cities.

Self usage of government education and health is the clearest hard-to-forge token of deprivation in India. Those using government education and health can be given tokens/preferences/quotas for other purposes. This is a self policing policy. One may need caveats where a KV or an

Without a clear white money path for clean politicians to come and thrive in Indian politics, we cannot progress. Mostly this will mean state funding of elections with awards for not just 1st place, but also 2nd and 3rd. ( Now you may draw the swords out and point at my neck)

2 thoughts. 1. Gujarat is fast turning into the Qatar of India wrt sports, i.e. no personal achievement, but a lot of purchased valour. NE India is probably the opposite end. Most talent, but most lacking in Infra, relatively. 2. I hope that they do this in the post monsoon or

I really don't understand how difficult is it to do a simple pareto of all districts in India with high T&D losses. Get a central armed force, any of them, even RR if you need to and screw those who steal power. Is there any nat sec issue more important right now than electric
