You need to outprice incumbents to establish pmf. Once you get pmf though, start vertically bundling in similar fashion. Trello is a great product. Atlassian has just done a horrendous job bundling their products together

I let candidates use any tools they want when they interview Simplify. The highest signal part of my interview process is watching candidates Google and use ChatGPT I can pretty much tell who is ngmi after watching them search

Sometimes no one really cares initially. Then, almost all of a sudden, things start finally connecting. I think the more interesting question is: How much did you care and how long did you validate no one cared? Zero shotting pmf is hard. You need to keep iterating
