Since George Floyd was murdered, the police killed more people in 2021 than 2020, more people in 2022 than 2021, and more people in 2023 than 2022. The only solution is reducing the size and power of the policing bureaucracy, and investing in root causes of interpersonal harm.

Many people (especially young people) need to ask questions about what they're doing in movements. Ask questions about structure, strategy, leadership, funding, origins, connections, and people you're around. Ask so you're not caught by surprise.
