API is back online. Outgoing hooks were not affected during this time as only the load balancer was down.

Just experienced an API outage due to a domain registrar migration which published faulty nameservers. Outgoing hook requests were still going out on time. It should be fixed now but please reach out to [email protected] if you continue to see issues.
