Porter Airlines we love flying w you, but again the gate is a disaster. Please find a way to empower gate attendants. When preboard, children, seniors & assist board are called, it’s still a free for all. FLL to YYZ April 27 4:15 gate G5. So why pay for priority boarding?

Two things re our daughter Victoria Stacey flying YEG- YYT 1. To Porter Airlines Agent Some Guy who helped her just then TY ❤️ 2. Seated with her pup G-crew was alerted 3 dogs on flt and only 2 allowed-the option was given to flt227 attendants to allow 3 dogs Porter Airlines 1/2

2/2 the crew decided and asked her and pup G to leave the plane. I can understand overbooking but a dog under the seat? Come on! After 30+ hours of missed flights and delays! Some things I have grace for others NOT SO MUCH! It’s a 7lb dog under the seat WTG Porter Airlines

Porter Airlines Part of the issue is the slow response time of Porter official customer service and inability of the agents to comprehend customer issues and meet expectations. Being ghosted or ignored by Porter means that anyone who is willing to respond quickly will take advantage.

Alex Keshishian Porter Airlines . They are a joke. They made me miss my connection. Had to book with another carrier in order to make my cruise. They refuse to reimburse me for my ticket because I didn’t take their rebooked flight - this flight arrriced AFTER mt cruise left. Ridiculous.

Air Canada if I wanted a layover in Toronto I would have gone with Porter Airlines at least I would have made it to work tomorrow and actually not have been forced to sit in an airport all night.

I used to love flying on Porter Airlines for its top notch customer service. But they stranded me in newark airport and didn’t give any options to help me get to my final destination.

It’s easy to adopt the “it’s not in our control and we can’t help you, sorry” attitude.
