A frustrated matty between commissions and comic pages today

Trying to build a vis dev portfolio in my spare time alongside comics and freelance and I actually documented my process in figuring out his outfit colors

trying to design more characters with different body types to prove to myself that I can draw more then one type

Hey I might be quiet on the art front this week. I had a small event Saturday night that absolutely fried my brain and gave me severe anxiety and panic attacks that night and a chunk of Sunday. I am a little better today but im still in bad shape and it's affecting me physically.

As an artist I have trouble doing studies for the sake of studies. I just can't get invested, I won't care, I won't try and it's worthless. However when I tackle that skill in a project I already care about I'll go after it ravenously and actually make good progress.

Finished the cover for my GN's pitch packet and testing a different coloring style for comics

Been working on an animation off and on between commissions and comics. My ocs, Matty telling Khan to go away. I have to add a few frames to smooth out a few spots but otherwise inks are halfway done.

I'm really jiving with this coloring style and I think I'm gonna incorporate it in tyree too
