Very pleased PhD supervisor, listening to conference talk by Sarah du Plessis at #PopGroup57 on range-wide genomic variation in Eurasian #otters. Strong west to east (low to high) gradient in diversity, punctuated by strong inbreeding in many populations.

Had a great time at my first in-person Population Genetics Group in beautiful St Andrews this week! Thanks to all the organisers for a brilliant meeting and for letting me present some of my work on the conservation genomics of the Black-footed ferret. 🐾
