Transphobia is not a vote winner. All of KJK’s lot lost their deposits. Joanna Cherry lost. Miriam Cates lost. Jackie Doyle-Price lost. Therese Coffey lost. Jacob Rees-Mogg lost. Gillian Keegan lost. Streeting only held on by 500 votes.

Have discovered the best drink on gods green earth: Juice of 1 lime, about 2/3rds of that amount of maple syrup, soda water and ice. Yum!

Some interesting stuff in the devolution white paper - some really encouraging rhetoric, but ultimately a lot of words to abolish then immediately reinvent county councils

A for Afghanistan! Myhan restaurant in Highbury - highly recommended! Not knowingly had Afghan food before and really enjoyed this - lamb chops especially were excellent, and the lamb trotter stew was lovely with the breads
