At NVR, Carla Sarett (Carla Sarett) reviews Leslie Williams’ collection about difficult friendship—Matters for You Alone. “The ‘friend’ in this collection is a moving target—a person, another part of the poet, sometimes (perhaps always) the divine; a personal trinity is at work.”

I am honored to share the cover for NVR's forthcoming summer issue. The photograph is by my colleague and friend (and accomplished photographer) Rob McDonald. His website is below if you want to check out more of his work.

There is an interview with me about all things poetic out at "Periodicities" Journal (periodicities : a journal of poetry and poetics): periodicityjournal.blogspot.com/2025/07/j-t-ke…

Planning to revisit Aaron Poochigian's American Divine after reading this very interesting and informative interview: tinyurl.com/4twks7x3

The ghostwriting company I work for, The London Ghostwriting Company , has a piece out about the history of ghostwriting, if you're curious: londonghostwriting.com/2025/07/11/sec…

That’s a wrap. Aaron Poochigian’s introductory “Note,” which I just finished reading, indicates that he set out to do a great thing. He can rest assured that he has done so.

I love when nature recreates the urban. I love this garden on a fire escape: water in what had been a fifth of bourbon steeps lilies; and a cooler, left agape, holds, over dirt and worms, a swatch of lawn, a pinwheel and a decorative rock. Aaron Poochigian plough.com/en/topics/cult…

Here is a great stanza by the late Jane Greer (Jane Greer) in her honor: No one will say it, but we know today’s fresh-flamed hibiscus flower reveals in one brief, glorious show our birth, our life, our final hour.
