Regret flying Delta because their 3+ hour delay caused me to get home hours after Metro Forward closed and I had to spend over $50 on an Uber to go 3 miles home. So ridiculous and so inconsistent with their service and poor customer service.

Honestly they need to come back at least 3 days/week to revive DC. Hybrid work for all but too many businesses are shuttering because people aren’t in those commercial areas as much anymore :/

I’m getting frustrated because the Metro Forward circulators NEVER stop at 9th & New York Avenue. If they’re not going to service the stop they need to remove the stop.
