Former Pontypridd Mini & Junior player and Youth Captain Iestyn Thomas is currently touring South Africa with Ysgol Glantaf 🇿🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Yesterday the team visited a school in Langa, Cape Town where they held a rugby training session with the players of the school 👏 (1/2)

This Saturday we welcome Llantwit Fadre youth to Sardis for a 2:30pm kick off. With no senior game this week it would be good to see a good crowd come along and support the youth team as we continue preparations for our opening league game on the 28th.
