So last night we held a 10m TT that became our club Road Bike champs. We had cash prizes for both men and women. Decent little turnout. Thanks to the Rowe & King lads that came all guns blazing as 2 x 4up teams and didn’t disappoint with their times… Times below. Chapeau all

Whoa what a TT from Vingegaard Jonas I never expected a gap between the two top riders like that. Think there may be an even larger gap between that and my effort later at the PontypoolRCC TT 😂

What a day out at Cwmcarn Paragon CC cyclocross in Risca. Well done to every single competitor/helper/mum/dad/dog for making it happen. Superb event guys. Thanks for having us.

Another decent showing of testers last night at our club 10 champs on the R10/17 course. A decent night for it and some great times done by everyone. I’m sure there’s a a few PB’s there Well done all.

The X2O Badkamers Trofee has announced their race calendar for next cyclocross season. One change compared to the 23/24 season: 🇧🇪 Lokeren replaces the Urban Cross in 🇧🇪 Kortrijk. Kortrijk takes place on 23 November but won't be part of the X2O Trofee anymore.

We’ve had a superb cyclocross season here at PRCC. Loads of members racing, organised and ran a successful round of the series and two series podiums for frazer white and Rob Living’s with a 1st in V50’s and 3rd in the competitive senior’s cat.
