Athletic trainers stepped up to serve NYS & their communities as critical frontline workers throughout the pandemic but are not eligible for NYS benefits such as the HWB. NOW is the time to value the work of ATs.Governor Kathy Hochul we don't understand why are being ignored like this!

It is estimated that fewer than 600 ATs would be eligible for the HWB. Governor Kathy Hochul - this is a drop in the bucket for the overall budgetary expense, but would mean so much to these ATs who stayed and served their communities without complaint.

Dave Sherman, PhD, PT, ATC Zach Lentini, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS Brooks Klein, PT, DPT, SCS Harjiv Singh, PhD Dustin Grooms Meredith Chaput, PhD, DPT, SCS Here an example of how I use external focus with patients in early phase. These are very easy to understand ✅ try to make the bar green (which means desired activity for the quad) ⬇️ try keep the bar green on right side (high activity HS would turn bar red)

Athletic Trainers stepped up to be essential frontline healthcare workers during the pandemic. Governor Kathy Hochul please recognize the outstanding commitment these professionals made to all in NYS!

This is incredibly important for Athletic Trainers in NYS! Governor Kathy Hochul please give Athletic Trainers the public recognition they deserve for their selfless public service!

For nearly a decade, NYSATA has worked to advance a bill that would license ATs. We have done our work @CarlHeastie! Our time has come! We respectfully request that you help us move #A219 during THIS SESSION! NATA Michaelle C. Solages NATA District 2 @asaferapproach
