Cyclic ketene acetals (CKAs) are unique monomers for radical ring-opening polymerization (rROP) to generate #degradable #polymers. In a recent J. Am. Chem. Soc. paper, we reported sugar-based CKAs for quantitative and regio-/stereo-selective rROP. Boston College Chemistry #glycotime
