Reform and the Tories are conning the British public. Their grubby back room deal will just deliver more chaos of the past. Vote Labour on Thursday 1 May.

Keir Starmer congratulates MPs and journalists who ran the London marathon at weekend, including wannabe Tory leader Robert Jenrick “who I’m reliably informed is still running”. #PMQs

Tory MP Robert Jenrick claiming 9 months isn’t long enough to turn the Tory Party around but the exact same duration *is* more than enough for Labour to turn around a country crippled by 14 years of a government he played a major role in #PoliticsLive #LocalElections2025

Reform now have 9 months to deliver what they promised for Lancashire County Council: - No Council Tax rises. - No Cuts. - Zero Council Debt. - No potholes. - No officers paid over 100k. - More money for all. Why do I get the feeling this is like Brexit promises all over again?

There are no Reform MPs in the House of Commons Chamber for tonight’s VE and VJ debate. Too busy cancelling flags, rather than celebrating our country?

🇬🇧 very possible that we get ⚖️ BoE rate cut today 🇺🇸 tariff mitigation deal with the US which leaves space for 🇪🇺substantive eradication of post Brexit red tape with EU 🇮🇳 all on heels of most intensive full fat trade deal with world’s fast growing most populous country

Two Aberdeenshire councillors have resigned the Tory whip in the space of a week. One of those has defected to Reform. I can think of at least 7 current Abdnshire councillors who have defected from the Tory group, two of whom were Council Leader. #Chaos

Following local elections, it was all doom and gloom descending on Starmer, written off once again. Then, a stream of positive news, including achievements that eluded previous governments. How many times must commentators be reminded they under-estimate Starmer at their peril.

Nigel Farage wants to let in chlorine-washed chicken that could put British producers out of business. Not very patriotic is it? Labour will always protect British farmers and high standards in trade deals 🇬🇧 telegraph.co.uk/politics/2025/…

Reform in Nottinghamshire promised to cut waste of taxpayers’ money. First thing Reform do running Notts County Council - cost taxpayers at least £25,000 for an election because one of their councillors couldn’t last a week in the job. Couldn’t run a bath, nevermind a council.
