Take Steps to Protect Others You can help protect people you care about by staying home when you can, wearing face-coverings in public, and keeping six feet of physical distance between others.

It’s normal to worry about how the COVID-19 outbreak will impact you and your loved ones. You can turn your worry into action by practicing physical distancing, washing your hands, and wearing a face covering for essential errands, and by staying home for Nevada.

Physical distancing is a great way to #stopthespread. You can practice physical distancing by staying home, keeping at least 6 feet between yourself and others when you leave home, and not gathering in groups of 10 or more.

For being generously mindful.. Of everyone’s safety by wearing masks, of observing physical distancing, of respecting our house rules, of being considerate when asking portions, of conserving plastic when… instagram.com/p/B_AybhVhqnV/…

Wearing a mask may not lower your chance of contracting COVID-19, but it established that even improvised face coverings can control and reduce the spread of the virus from infected people. Face coverings are not a substitute from handwashing and aggressive social distancing.

I received this letter from a farmer in northeast Kansas. His wife is ill and he is aging. He sent me 1 of 5 N95 masks he has from farming to pass on to a doctor or nurse in New York. This is humanity at its best. I share his letter as inspiration.

Dear Delta, I just assisted in a medical emergency in the air. Your medical kits need a glucometer, epi pen, and automatic blood pressure cuffs- it’s impossible to hear with a disposable stethoscope in the air. Please improve this for passenger safety!
