I ran out of milk and had this creamer bc my daughter wanted it then never used it, so I subbed it for the milk, sugar, and vanilla in my pancake recipe, & added cinnamon, ginger,nutmeg, and allspice. I'm not a huge psl fan, but the pancakes are fucking delicious!

School nurse called me to come get my sweet lil bean from school bc she wasn't feeling well. Since I'm working from home the rest of the day, I'm making chicken stock so I can make her some soup for dinner. It already smells so good!
