Every "LGBTQ" advance leads to greater oppression. "When Republicans support this distortion of marriage, what they’re really voting for is more oppression, more persecution, more marginalization of people who disagree. More lost jobs.... Lost freedoms." washingtonstand.com/commentary/sel…

Winning someone to Christ is one of the greatest joys you will have on this Earth. But seeing someone, whom you won to Christ, win others to Christ, even surpasses that joy. Because now you are seeing the gospel bearing fruit across multiple generations of disciples.

In the great commission, Jesus did not say “teaching them all I have commanded you.” He said, “teaching them to observe (guard, keep, obey) all I have committed you.” Disciple making happens not only by teaching but by training and mentoring.

This is incredible conviction, clarity, and courage by Seth Dillon. He defends the profile position on one the largest media platforms in the world as Joe keeps pressing him. “Calling abortion ‘healthcare’ is like calling rape ‘love-making.’”

There is no sweeter place on earth than the gathering of the saints in the local assembly. I love my home and my family. It is my God-given 1st priority. But 6 days a week my home (while joyful and fulfilling) is missing something transcendent of time and space. 1/2

2/2 It is the gathering with other families as one larger family on the Lord's day that fills that void. All of time will be filled with those faces, those hearts and minds. Our weekly gathering and dispersing should truly make us yearn for the day we are gathered forever.
