This is SO important. I was delighted to speak at @PolLitAPPG on this issue. I could not agree more that "Core to a healthy democracy...is active citizenship, but that rests on citizens having an understanding". Teaching politics/citizenship (well!) is crucial! 👏 Shout Out UK

It was an absolute honour to have been awarded an #MBE by Princess Anne for services to Charity, Social Enterprise and Education. It has been an incredible 9+ years since I started Shout Out UK. We've had some incredible highs and equally powerful lows, but we have kept moving
