Give a gift for no reason. Open doors for others. Buy lunch for someone. Give compliments. Give your smile to everyone.

Don't compare yourself to others. Every PhD is different.

Academia is only part of your life but not your life!! Don't forget to enjoy your life as time is never coming back and you have only one life!

Think positive thoughts and detach from the negativity. Only a positive mind will give you a positive life.
