We have laid to rest Alex Byamukama at his final resting place at Bukandula, Gomba. A Patriotic & a fine young man of great potential who died at the prime of his life. Alex was a member of The PLU boda boda initiative group. We thank General Muhoozi Kainerugaba for all the support.

Our Secretary General was extremely happy today.

With guidance from the Chairman PLU, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Yesterday the Secretary General of PLU Hon Daudi Kabanda together with our Director for Mobilisation Hon Hon Micheal Mawanda interacted with members of the PLU BodaBoda initiative Uganda at the Secretariat.

Our Director for Mobilisation Hon Michael Mawanda has resumed his work.

Mr Turyamureeba Paul Kahiigi paid a courtesy visit to our Secretariat to check on Hon. Mawanda Michael and also to give a status report to the General Secretary as far as PLU Mobilization in Bushenyi is concerned.

I am grateful to Almighty God that after 9 years, UPDF will finally be able to properly honour our late Commander, Afande Aronda. The remembrance and honoring of heroes is the beginning of civilisation.

Our Secretary General Hon Daudi Kabanda together with Hon Hon Micheal Mawanda our Director for Mobilisation have just landed in Amolator District. They have been well received by Hon. Olobo James Dubai Hon. Okot Bitek, Gen Keith Katungi, Chairman Lac V, RDC and others.

In my life there has only been one Superman. One 'Man of Steel', my father General Yoweri Museveni. He always was and still is my 'Ideal of Hope'. He teaches us every day that we can be better than we think. Let me be the first to wish Mzee a happy birthday!
