I feel honored receiving countless messages from people saying that PROJECT MIX inspires them to become VR game developers. With the current state of the market and the general sentiment that making a VR game is a dumb move, I'm glad we're at least one of the few remaining

I think with how volatile the VR game industry is, depending on publisher/platform funding means certain death unless you're willing to bend to the trends - which doesn't guarantee success either. You have to be your own marketing force and plan for a no-funding or

It’s certainly a challenge to find a suitable 3D anime environment artist in the West. Most people are trained in a PBR workflow to be noticed by companies like Ubisoft or EA. If they’re trained in a stylized workflow, it’s usually in the Riot Games style or a Western mobile

We haven't been showing off work because we're busy writing documentation, compiling moodboards/refs and putting together art guides to make the hiring as smooth as possible. Also doing lots of production planning. Can't wait to build the game content though! #indiegame

Finally cleaning up the project folders, in preparation for new hires joining There's 4 years worth of random bloat, some files are a total mystery LOL Developing the demo has been a sprint the whole way so there's been no time to slow down and clean stuff up properly until now
