Homemade seitan burger with pickles, onion, ketchup and mustard. Sides are roasted asparagus, curly fries and some ketchup for the fries.

Vegan pizza night 🤤. Spinach and onion under the daiya and seitan pepperoni and orange bell pepper on top. Drizzled with olive oil and some salt. I also warmed up some frozen veggies to have with.

Fingers crossed that the "oven ready" lasagna noodles actually cook this time and I don't have crunchy lasagna (yes, ive used water and this time I boiled them for a couple minutes).

Made this again and accidentally used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine. Still tastes good.
