Don’t be so thirsty for money that you forget to drink life

Stop getting in consumer debt constantly remaining someone else’s passive income.

Oliver (my cat) let me know this morning that a pipe has been leaking and molding under my bathroom sink.

I started aggressively investing at 30 years old.

Am I upset I started at 30?

No.

I'm grateful I started. PERIOD.

I really don't have a problem with Dave Ramsey... his methods helped millions get out of credit card debt

But as far as building wealth, there's better ways than overpaying for mutual funds

Consumer debt is bad for you. Get rid of it as soon as you possibly can. The longer you keep it around, the more of your money you will be giving away to some bank via interest and the more difficult it becomes for you to create your own form of passive income.
