80% of stalking victims suffer from PTSD after being subject to such a relentless & intrusive crime. Speaking from experience, the most frightful thing about stalking is never truly knowing if the stalker has actually ended their fixation & obsession, I’ll be forever doubtful ⚖️

.Victim Support have been invaluable to me over the years - they provided me with a safety alarm & offered specialist counselling: they recognised the stalking behaviours which I’ve been experiencing as ‘mapping’… I’m very grateful & encourage others to reach out 🤍🕊️

Change is needed in the way that police forces respond to stalking cases. Police forces must make it clear how they will implement the #stalkingsupercomplaint committee’s recommendations to ensure victims of stalking are adequately supported and protected when they report.
