The Bicycle Car Burglar was arrested about 6 am on 11-30-23 by UPD. He has been charged with 4 felonies for recent car break-ins on campus. All the vehicles were unlocked. PLEASE lock your vehicles. 2nd pic was his most recent return to campus, until UPD cut that visit short.
