Proud Dad Moment! Ryker AKA NEMO ran at the KU Relays this weekend. It was an awesome event. He ran in the 4x400 relay, they ran a season best, and in the Sprint Medley running the 800! I am so proud of him and his teammates! GO NEMO!!!

Proud dad moment!! We have a 4 time State Track qualifier in the house!! He gave it his all and we are beyond proud of Ryker and his high school track career. Looking forward to cheering for him next week. Way to go Nemo!!!
