The pitch is a cut fastball thrown at 30-40% efficiency at 87-89 T90. The pitcher naturally cuts the 4sFB and he can throw it hard. When he grips a 2sFB he stays behind it much better and throws it around 80% efficiency and with seam shifted movement he is able to generate ASR.
