So incredibly blessed to open my outdoor season with a new 1600 PR of 4:36! This is just my beginning step and can’t wait to see what my training will lead me to. Blessed by the lord and for what he opens up to me.

Blessed to keep the momentum up in the early stages of my season running 4:34 in the 1600 and 1:59 in the open 800. Having some of the most amazing experiences and learning what I need to improve on within my races! #AGTG Watch out for that Union 4x8 as well. 👀

These past few weeks have taught me a lot in how I race and where my improvements are needed, with turn overs, to attaching myself and trusting my training. I’m blessed by the lord to do what I do and I know what he has in store for me. This isn’t over for me.

Blessed by the lord this season and what he’s proven to us! State was a hard fight, but we were guided a huge time of 7:57 in our 4x800 relay placing us 3rd at state. Also a sub 8 minute performance hasn’t been done since 2007 at Union. Wait to see what we do next year.
