Pinky Khoabane Crime is a national emergency so why for at least 1 MTEF (3 Financial years) don't the govt treat it like a natural disaster and: Employ and train all unemployed graduates in various policing disciplines to replace the skilled officers who retire, resign or pass away.

Such is the corruption in our country that there’s a traffic light manned by a homeless person for years & not far from it are traffic cops, routinely stopping traffic and today saw with my eyes, as they took bribes. We need political parties which can stop this
