In traumatic brain injury there is no such thing as the golden hour. It’s about seconds to minutes. Also in 24% of severe TBI there is cardiovascular dysfunction. So there might be shock in (isolated) brain injury. Thanks Flora Bird London's Air Ambulance Charity TBS Zermatt
