Today's visit to Liverpool was such a great experience for our Harrytown Positivity PIE girls group. We had a lovely time with Meg (our student and former PIE participant!) having a nose around the campus, asking about her uni and life experiences, eating a great sourdough pizza.

Last night we completed our 7th Step Up programme! We have supported over 100 young people transition from primary to secondary school in that town, running monthly workshops helping build confidence, resilience and independence. ❤️

We had a great morning with our Walking Wavers - we headed into Manchester on the train to Mayfield Park to explore the regenerated urban space! Afterwards we got a hot drink and then wandered down to explore the Christmas markets in Piccadilly gardens! The Goodness Collective

We ended our L!STEN year with a trip into Manchester to go ice skating and visit the Christmas markets. The rainy weather didn’t dampen our mood - it was great to spend time as a group and have some fun together after a year of hard work on the youth alliance!

HAF Christmas kicked off in style today with a trip to see Snow White!! We laughed, screamed, shouted, lost a wobbly tooth, ate ice cream, sang songs and waited for 40 minutes for a bus which led to a great game of eye spy.. tricky finding P for Penguin in Romiley 😂😂😂

Our final day of HAF Christmas finished up today with a trip to Stockport for bowling 🎳 and lunch!! Our children our incredibly good at bowling!!! Thank you @stockportcouncil for funding HAF!

A real highlight on Tuesday was seeing the fantastic conversations happening amongst the tables. Laughing, sharing ideas it was magic ✨

Youth Summit!!!! Our fantastic Daisy who was our interviewer asking the council hard-hitting and cheeky questions! We had break-out rooms with well-being and debates to name a couple! If you can’t tell we’re still on a high.. a very tired high but a high 🥳🥳
