As expected, EP adopts all migration&asylum reforms. Time to think about what comes next. Rules will only come into full application in two years. This is a window of opportunity to ensure the best possible application on the ground, in line with EU interests and values.

Construction of the Italian centres for asylum seekers transferred to Albania has begun, but there are still important legal, ethical, and practical concerns with this plan.
