William Saliba had to come off early in the first half of Arsenal vs. Liverpool after suffering a lower-leg injury. The video mechanism doesn’t point to anything major, and Arteta explained, “He twisted his ankle during the warm-up." If confirmed to be a lateral ankle sprain,

Konate and Wirtz came off in the second half after suffering what seems to be muscular cramps. On Konate, Slot said: "He thinks it is cramp." Konate was seen pointing to his quad/adductor region, then tried to stretch out his hip flexors. At this stage, it looks more of a cramp,

Ismaila Sarr went down clutching his hamstring, but was booked for simulation from the referee. We're unsure on how genuine the injury is. If genuine, a "shot by a sniper" mechanism usually ends up being a moderate-high grade hamstring strain, usually a 4+ week recovery.

Omar Marmoush had to come off early in Egypt's clash vs. Burkina Faso on international duty with "a bruised knee ligament" as per Egyptian team doctor, Mohamed Abu El-Ela. The tackler’s contact with the outside of Marmoush’s leg raises concern for a potential MCL injury.

Omar Marmoush has been ruled out of the Manchester derby with a knee injury. Most likely cause is an MCL injury (or bone bruise). He was seen rubbing his inner knee which is indicative of an MCL injury. Please see quoted post for potential recovery times. #MCFC #ManCity

Jack Hinshelwood had to come off in Brighton vs. Bournemouth due to an ankle injury in the opening minute. Plantarflexion with inversion stress brings concern for a lateral ankle sprain. Will need to rule out fracture component. Expected Recovery Times: Grade 1: 1-2 weeks Grade
