Well we won a thing last night. Our last game together. What a team we’ve been for over 30 years. Nice to be presented the trophy from Darren who I’ve had some proper battles with over the years. Respect to everyone involved. What a great night.

It’s nice that people want to help you . And we appreciate it. But when you’ve reached a point that you don’t want help anymore it means nothing.

What a fantastic 3 days cricket at Eton college for Sport | Uppingham School under 15’s. It wasn’t to be for the boys but they had such a great experience. The heat killed them in the end! Looking forward to next year.

Great to catch up with my old teammates Miskin Manor Cricket Club yesterday. Lovely to talk about the old days when we were half decent. Talk of a match against the current team at the end of the season. The beer was definitely talking!
