Disability isn’t outside the labor struggle, it’s central to it. Capitalism creates debility by designing work that breaks us down and then discards us. Disability is not just a medical category. It’s the byproduct of violence, extraction, and neglect.

Every now and then I remember that when covid started we cared about people, created inclusive hybrid or online work, conferences, health care, arts and socials. We’re encouraged to protect the vulnerable. And then we went “nah duck that” and threw it all out.

I can only assume y’all don’t realize that when they’ve killed most of “the vulnerable” off, there’ll be a whole new portion of the population designated “the vulnerable” and slated for elimination… and you are in it.
