I'm 47 today. I feel great and have had a strong start to the year! I'm taking care of my health, being smarter with my time, working to reduce distractions and focus on being present as much as possible. Generally: Caring less about more and more about less. I recommend it.

Put the Apple Watch down and moved back to an analog watch. Picked up the Hamilton Khaki Field Automatic for my birthday and I’m loving it!
