It’s a strange place to be where I’m a Sr. Design Manager but some days I’d love to land a role that I could just learn a ton before having full-on sr. level responsibilities. Roles I’m applying to all expect me to know everything. I’m hungry to learn but have to play the expert.

I’m not sure if it’s the corporate world I’ve been in or just because I’m old but it’s challenging to design just for fun these days. I’m constantly seeing all the reasons dev can’t do a thing or copy that marketing would just add too much to. I need to free myself up y’all.
