Finally got FlatCAM to work yikes, all software for machines I've touched is ancient and as fragile as a newborn

This is a 0.6mm slot made by my table top CNC with the laser etching around it (mix of Lightburn + FlatCAM to control everything). Next job is to calibrate specifically the lens for the laser - the manufacturers calibration was wayyyy off

Lots more calibration + liquid tin results are bringing everything together now, rest of the day will be solder mask testing

Workshop basically setup now just waiting on a few more machines and another table to arrive. Will be encasing the laser shelf in some plexiglass with the fume extractor attached. IKEA was honestly the cheapest option to get most things and I'm pretty happy with it

New FOC actuator boards are in, few components left to arrive before they're running. Now STM32G4 powered, and shipping to some early users in the next few weeks! 2 layers and green means there's 24 hour manufacturing on PCBWay but final boards will be black
