Two things that we make sure we add into our programming… mental work and arm care! Last night, we learned about accountability partners / choosing people for their inner circle & added new arm care drills to their collection The little things make the biggest difference 💪🏻🧠

Catching and throwing- the most FOUNDATIONAL & IMPORTANT parts of our game! Our athletes have been working hard this off season to perfect their throws by gaining both accuracy and velocity. 💪🏻❤️

Athletes- DO NOT do a drill if you don’t understand WHY you are doing it! A deep understanding of mechanics and your swing are crucial in improving your game at the plate!

I would ABSOLUTELY do these things if I had to go thru the recruiting process again: (Most of them are things I did do - Dead sprinting onto the field every time- was an absolute for me)

Hugely Overlooked Area: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING Athletes need to learn their bodies & how to safely utilize them in controlled & explosive ways. Also, let’s not forget the competitive drive & mentality gains that are made here! Growth in this area = Growth in your sport
