One of the main reason the LIV guys got so much $$$ is because they were taking a risk that they’d get hammered for. Financially speaking they played their cards right. To now expect them to give their money back—that’s just not how life works.

Some golfers took a risk to join a new company... those golfers were rewarded. That new company is now merging with their old employer who is desperate. They do not owe the old employer anything. They took a risk and it paid of financially. It is that simple
