We had a great open eve at @SABSalford with Ben Davis and his team including great speeches by 3 of the pupil leadership team. A great school for the last 5 years for eldest Daughter and promises to be another great choice for our youngest daughter when starts High next year.

Yesterday I worked my first Christmas Day ever having had a recent change in vocation. As much as I missed my family on a special day, I also enjoyed and got a lot out of being able to offer care to those who needed it. More of the same today before two days down time.

No matter what job you have, what company you work for or what your goals are, always own your own development. If you happen to work for a business that supports that whether that be financially or otherwise it is a bonus. Development is what you put in.
