Happy to report that my department uOttawa Chem & Biomolec Sci // Chimie & Sci Biomol Université d'Ottawa | University of Ottawa this week decided to raise the minimum graduate student stipend to $23000 starting May, 2023 and to $24000 starting May 2024 through increased contributions from our professors in support of our students.


Sorry! I was given the wrong numbers for this tweet! uOttawa Chem & Biomolec Sci // Chimie & Sci Biomol Université d'Ottawa | University of Ottawa have raised the minimum stipend to $26000 starting May 2023, and agreed to raise it further to $27000 starting May 2024. Canadian funding agencies need to do their part! Please!
