The Bruins opened conference play with a 5-3 win at South Mont. Ava Hensley had her first home run of the year. A three run bomb in the 6th. TW plays Southmont at home Wednesday at 5:30

Tri-West picked up a conference win against Crawfordsville at home Wednesday night. Kacee Trivett and Peyton Norman each had two hits. One of Norman’s was a double. Natalie Tharp got the win in the circle. The Bruins host Plainfield tonight at 6.

It’s game day and so much more. We play Frankfort at Cook field. First pitch at 6. Podium BBQ will be there so you can grab dinner. The most important part of tonight is it’s youth night. We honor all the future Bruins. Let’s fill the stadium!!!!!

The girls sectional meet concluded tonight, & with it, so did Addy Beaman’s career competing for us. She finished well - scoring for the team with the 4x8 relay, and a personal best time in the 800, with a 2:39! Addy is one of the best human beings on Earth, & we’ll miss her!

High School softball has wrapped up for my sophomore year. Tonight we celebrated the end of the season with our awards banquet. I was blessed to have received my second year varsity letter and was voted the mental attitude by my teammates! See you next week in Bloomington, IN!

Some weekends look better than others and that’s okay. I struggled offensively with having a hard time with pitch selection at the IMG invite. Although I wasn’t producing many hits, I was able to keep myself up in the field. I’m very grateful to have a supportive team behind me!

I had a great time at the Anderson camp. My sister attended with me this time. I am very thankful the players and coaches were there to help me get better. I had a great talk with the coaches, and I’m very excited to receive my first offer from them. Just the start of my journey!
