MARS-2 now The Lancet Respiratory Medicine, Dr Eric Lim et al. Phase 3 trial of extended pleurectomy decortication then chemo vs chemo alone in pleural #mesothelioma . Survival 19.3m with surgery and 24.8m with no surgery. Surgery arm also had more serious adverse events.

Classic cancer induction model may not be relevant but rather the Berenblum model may better describe Induction
